👩‍⚕️ Clinical Scope
Medical oncology and hematology services
Bread-and-butter hem/onc cases in a clinic setting
Light inpatient involvement as needed

✅ Requirements
Active Washington License – Required
BLS Certification (AHA or American Red Cross)
Recent Clinical Experience:
Must demonstrate hematology/oncology clinical activity within the past 24 months
Waived for providers who completed training within the last year
