Locum Tenens Opportunity – Hematology/Oncology Physician
We are currently seeking a Board-Certified Hematologist/Oncologist for an excellent locum tenens opportunity in Seattle, Washington.
Position Highlights
Specialty: Hematology/Oncology
Location: Seattle, WA
Practice Setting: Outpatient
Start Date: ASAP
Assignment Length: 6–12 Months
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Call: None
EMR: Epic
Patient Volume: 20–23 patients per day
Support Staff: MA, RN, and Scheduler
Clinical Focus
This role is focused on both benign and malignant hematology, with an approximate case mix of:
60% Benign Hematology
40% Malignant Hematology
Please note: This position does not involve solid tumor oncology.

Requirements
Board Certified in Hematology
Active Washington license or IMLC Letter of Qualification
Hematology/Oncology fellowship training
BLS certification required
DEA preferred (required by start date)
Clean malpractice and background history
NPDB Self-Query dated within 30 days
- • Outpatient Hematology Opportunity in Seattle, WA – Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, no call, 6–12 month assignment, seeing 20–23 patients per day with full support staff and Epic EMR.
- • Clinical Focus: Primarily benign and malignant hematology (approximately 60/40 split); no solid tumor oncology responsibilities.
- • Requirements & Benefits: Board Certified in Hematology, WA license or IMLC LOQ, BLS required, DEA by start date, malpractice covered, and competitive negotiable compensation with travel and lodging assistance available.
