Aya Healthcare is seeking a Hematology/Oncology specialist for a full time 1099 contract in Beckley, WV.
Job Details • Start date: May 2026
• Contract length: 1 year
• Schedule: Monday–Friday clinic, 8:00–4:30
• Call: Inpatient call every 3rd week
• Coverage: Minimum 3 weeks per month
Work Details • Setting: Community-based cancer center
• Support staff: Nurses, CMA, APP
• Patients per day: ~15
• Patient population: Adults 18+
• EMR: Cerner
• Special procedure: Bone marrow biopsy
Requirements • Board certified
• BLS, ACLS, Oncology fellowship
• 3–5 years experience

Job Details
• Start date: ASAP (spring 2026 coverage available)
• Schedule: Day clinic, 8:00–5:00
• Coverage: Flexible 3–5 days per week
• Call: No call
Work Details • Setting: Outpatient clinic
• Coverage need: Approximately 3 days per week
• Patients per day: ~15, low volume
• Coverage model: Solo provider with APP support and physician backup
• Department split: 60/40 Hem/Onc
• EMR: Meditech
Requirements
• Board certified
• Willing to license in Kentucky
• Recent patient-facing experience
• Credentialing timeline approximately 60 days
