On-site 3-4 days per week 2 weeks per month.
Provider will be doing outpatient clinic - new consult and follow up, oversight of treatment.  

No inpatient work required, no call.  No APC supervision.  All inpatient work gets referred to Wausau (tertiary care).  No procedures required.
