Required Procedures: None
Required clinical activity in the last 24 months (case logs)
Applicant must provide documentation of provision of hematology/medical oncology services representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested during the previous 24 months (waived for applicants who completed training during the previous year).

Will work 1:1 with a Med Oncologist
Required certifications (Must be from American Heart Association or American Red Cross as applicable) BLS
EMR EPIC Proficient user
