Job description

• Practice Setting (outpatient/inpatient): OP
• Hem Vs Onc: Both
• Volume (patients per day): 14-18
• Start Date/ – 6 to 12 mo contract - ongoing
• Weekday Call: no
• Weekend onsite or Call ratio: no
• Hours/Shifts/Schedule expectations: clinic hours 8-5 and time to complete notes at the end of each day M-F
• Daily responsibilities: patient exams and treatment planning – chemo prescribing – documentation and billing
• Reason for need: volume growth
• EMR: EPIC
• Credentialing time: 35-45 days
