Call: Pager call Monday–Thursday, 5p–8a
Setting: Outpatient
Credentialing: 60+ days
EMR: EPIC

Clinical Scope
Leukemia
Lymphoma
Malignant hematology
No bone marrow transplant patients

Requirements
Board Certified in Hematology
Active Pennsylvania license required (may consider those willing to obtain)
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PA DEA
