Seeking a BC/BE Palliative Care physician to join an expanding Palliative Care team with the long-term goal to become one of 9 Palliative Care Leadership Centers. This Palliative Care team currently consists of: 2 Board Certified Palliative Medicine Physicians, 4 Certified Nurse Practitioners, 2 Registered Nurses, 1 Licensed Clinical Social Worker, 1 Chaplain. Opportunity to teach Palliative Medicine fellows, Family Medicine residents, and 4th year medical students. Participate in expanding to outpatient co-located palliative clinics. Participate in expanding to palliative home-based setting. Help develop Palliative Medicine Inpatient Service Policies and Protocols. Call is currently 1:5 weeks (and could change with the addition of 2 providers). Full details and compensation to be discussed with employer directly.
