📍 Position Details:

Shift: Day Shift
Unit: Telemetry
Start: ASAP

💼 Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under RN supervision
Monitor and record vital signs
Assist patients with daily living activities (ADLs)
Support telemetry monitoring and patient observation
Maintain accurate documentation using EMR (Epic)
Ensure patient comfort, safety, and hygiene

✅ Requirements:

Active CNA certification (Required)
BLS certification (Required)
Minimum 2 years of recent CNA experience
Experience working in Telemetry or acute care preferred
Experience with Epic EMR (Required)
