Facility:
This healthcare network operates multiple medical centers throughout the Tucson metro area, including facilities in Oro Valley and Sahuarita. The system provides comprehensive hospitalist services across a 300-bed network with strong support for advanced practice providers and excellent patient care standards.

Opportunity:
Advanced Practice - Nurse Practitioner - Hospitalist

Job Details:
• Provide hospitalist services across multiple facilities in the Tucson area
• Handle 12-14 patient encounters per shift in a 300-bed department
• Must be willing to work both admitter shifts (7a-7p) and night shifts (7p-7a) as needed
• Perform rounding duties from 7a-7p during day shifts
• Must be willing to work all shifts as scheduling requires
• Board certification required: NPs must have Acute Care certification, PAs must have NCCPA certification
• BLS and ACLS certification required through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Must hold active Arizona license only (no IMLC accepted)
• Must be located 90+ miles from facility
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 120 days
• Must be contracted with agency prior to placing bid
• Level 3 trauma facility designation

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
