NP Cali Hospitalist

Job description

A candidate needed as soon as possible for 3 months upfront (possibility to extend)
Shift Schedule: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm; May be asked to work 11:00 am – 7:00 pm on occasion. Possible Saturday or Sundays with a day off during the week if they don’t want overtime so flexibility is a plus.
No Call
Type of Patients/Cases: Handling admissions from the ER. Working closely with hospitalist regarding admissions but also handling discharges
Patients per Day/Volume: Estimated 6-8 admissions per day
Support Staff: RN’s and team on-site including Hospitalist Physician
EMR: Health Connect/EPIC
