Facility: A highly regarded community hospital recognized with an “A” rating by Leapfrog Safety. The facility features a collaborative environment focused on patient-first care, where hospitalists work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions and high-quality outcomes.

Details:

• Join a well-established hospital medicine team of 21 physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers.

• Schedule: Rotating day shifts, 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM.

• Environment: Open ICU, no procedures required.

• Responsibilities: Rounding, discharges, admissions support, and cross-coverage.

• Patient Load: Manageable census to promote quality patient interactions and sustainable work-life balance.

• Qualifications:

  • Board-certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

  • Family-certified APPs with hospitalist experience also welcome

Compensation:

• Annual Compensation: $140,000+
