Locums Hospitalist/Acute Care APP - 3x12s Weekly Opportunity in California

Start Date: 6-7 weeks from accepted offer/ASAP
Skillset needed/Experience needed: Either an NP or PA. At least 2 years of inpatient experience on some sort of medicine unit, within a large teaching hospital.
Role: Observation Unit. Inpatient Medicine Unit. Some post – op monitoring. Handling discharges/admissions. Consulting services. Standard medical management. Will be paired with an attending physician. Lower acuity overall.
Shift/Schedule: 12 Hour shifts; 11a-1130p. 3 days/week Full Time. Would be on day shift 7a-7p for first few couple of shifts to train.
Certifications required: PA – Board Certified; NP – Acute Care certified
Procedures: None
Willing to license: NO - CA licensed only
Credentialing timeframe: 6-7 weeks for temps
