Job description

We are seeking a Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner for a locum opportunity at a Critical Access Hospital in La Grande, Oregon. This is a great fit for providers who enjoy a lower-volume setting with strong physician support.

Assignment Details:
Type: Locum NP
Schedule: 10:00am – 10:00pm
EMR: Epic

Facility Overview:
Critical Access Hospital
1 MD on staff (6a–6p) + 1 NP (10a–10p)
Average admissions: 6–10 per day
Average Med/Surg + ICU census: 10–12
19 patient rooms, including 4 ICU beds
Support staff: 4–5 nurses

Responsibilities:
Manage inpatient hospitalist cases
Collaborate closely with MD and nursing staff
No procedures required

Requirements:
NP (Family or Adult)
Active Oregon license required
BLS and ACLS certifications required
