Hospital Medicine Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an established hospital medicine team in Eugene. This opportunity offers a consistent 7-on/7-off schedule, guaranteed shifts, and the opportunity to serve an underserved patient population in a collaborative hospital environment.

• Nurse Practitioner board certification required
• Physician Assistants are also encouraged to apply
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• 7 days on / 7 days off
• 15 shifts per month guaranteed
• Semi-open ICU
• On-site Intensivists during the day
• Tele-ICU support at night
• Serve a diverse and underserved patient population
• Collaborate with hospital departments and other local healthcare facilities
• Strong emphasis on teamwork and patient-centered care
