Night Shift NP/PA Hospitalist Need in NE TN

Job description

Position Details
• Specialty: Hospital Medicine – Nocturnist
• Provider Type: NP or PA
• Beds: 263 acute care beds, including 38 ICU beds
• EMR: Epic
• Dedicated NP/PA Admitter
Ideal Candidate
• Board-certified NP (AANP/ANCC) or PA (NCCPA)
• 2+ years of recent hospitalist experience preferred
• ACLS required
• Must have the appropriate active Tennessee licenses and DEA
NP Requirements
• Active TN RN + NP licenses
• TN DEA with TN address and prescriptive authority
PA Requirements
• Active TN medical license
• TN DEA with Schedules 2–5
Credentialing
• MMR and Varicella immunity documentation
• Two-step TB within the last 12 months or acceptable QuantiFERON
• Case logs from the past 2 years
• $1M/$3M malpractice coverage
• Mentorship/proctorship may be required for PAs depending on experience
