Clinical operations are conducted on-site in accordance with standard hospitalist program protocols.

About the clinician's workday

Clinicians will provide inpatient hospital medicine coverage during 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM) on an on-site basis, working alongside a collaborative team of rounding and admitting physicians. Responsibilities include managing hospitalized patients across all age groups, coordinating care with the multidisciplinary team, and documenting patient encounters using Epic EMR. No call responsibilities are required outside of assigned shift hours.
