Hospitalist needed in Flagstaff, AZ

Job description

Start Date: June 2026
Contract Length: 3 months with option to extend
Shift Details: Scheduled, No Call.
Specific Dates of Coverage Needed:
06/14 (Su) – Day 6
06/15 (Mo) – Day 6
06/15 (Mo) – Early Swing
07/03 (Fr) – Early Swing
07/03 (Fr) – Swing 4p-4a
07/05 (Su) – Early Swing
07/19 (Su) – Early Swing
08/01 (Sa) – Early Swing
08/02 (Su) – Early Swing
EMR: Cerner
Additional Details: admit strictly does hospital admissions, Swing also does admissions, Nights do admissions/cross covers (there are 2 docs on from 6p-6a each night). During the hours 6p -6a the Swing physician and night doc also cross cover the patients that are in the hospital, with the exception of ICU.

Requirements:
Board Certified or eligible in Internal or Family Medicine
Active AZ license or willing to obtain through IMLC
ACLS

Credentialing timeline: 2-3 Weeks

Medical malpractice insurance provided
