Opportunity:

• Join a 6-clinician hospital medicine team (4 physicians, 2 APPs)
• Collaborate closely with emergency medicine providers and specialists
• Work in a supportive, community-focused environment emphasizing patient-first care
• Open to board-certified/eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians with inpatient experience

Details:

• Schedule: 7 on / 7 off model
• Day shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Night shifts: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Open ICU environment
• Responsibilities include rounding, admissions, Rapid Responses, and Code Blues
• No required procedures (preferred but not mandatory)
• ED physicians assist with intubations if needed

Compensation:

• $2,000 per day shift / $2,200 per night shift
• Approximate annual compensation: $382,200/$400,000
• Additional quality and productivity bonuses available
