Opportunity:
- Join a 6-clinician hospital medicine team (4 physicians, 2 APPs)
- Collaborate closely with emergency medicine providers and specialists
- Work in a supportive, community-focused environment emphasizing patient-first care
- Open to board-certified/eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians with inpatient experience
Details:
- Schedule: 7 on / 7 off model
- Day shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Night shifts: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Open ICU environment
- Responsibilities include rounding, admissions, Rapid Responses, and Code Blues
- No required procedures (preferred but not mandatory)
- ED physicians assist with intubations if needed
Compensation:
- $2,000 per day shift / $2,200 per night shift
- Approximate annual compensation: $382,200/$400,000
- Additional quality and productivity bonuses available
