Facility:
This medical center is part of a premier healthcare system serving the Colorado Front Range region. The facility features comprehensive neurological services with 45 total ICU beds, trauma level 1-3 capabilities, and 12 rehabilitation beds, providing full hospital staffing including a dedicated stroke team as a primary stroke center.

Opportunity:
Physician - Hospitalist - Neuro

Job Details:
• Provide neurological hospitalist services covering 3 hospitals: Greeley Hospital, PVH, and MCR (Fort Collins, Loveland, and Greeley)
• Work 24-hour shifts with inpatient and telestroke coverage (6a-6p day shift, 6p-6a night call)
• Handle 12-15 total shifts per month as soon as credentialed
• Manage 100% adult inpatient population with approximately 15 patients per day
• Work alongside 5 physicians in practice with no mid-level providers
• Utilize Epic EMR system for all patient documentation
• Must have telestroke experience and stroke telemedicine capabilities
• Board certification in Neurology required
• Active Colorado license highly preferred or active IMLC with LOQ
• Must indicate day and night availability
• BLS certification required before starting
• COVID vaccination required
• Clean malpractice and background check required
• Self-Query NPDB must be submitted at time of presentation
• Rotation schedule between 4 doctors for night call coverage 6p-6a
• Other neurologists present during coverage with no supervising/teaching responsibilities
• Transfers to Anschutz (Denver) available through docline

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
