Opportunity:
Physician - Hospital Medicine

Job Details:

• Full-time Hospitalist position with a block schedule of 7 on / 7 off
• Provide high-quality inpatient medical management for hospitalized patients
• Perform admissions, rounding, discharges, and care coordination
• Closed ICU model with no procedures required
• Safe and manageable patient census
• Collaborate closely with specialists, nursing, case management, and ancillary teams
• Ensure timely documentation and communication with patients, families, and referring providers
• Participate in quality and patient safety initiatives
• Contribute to a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and service excellence
• Strong specialty and interdisciplinary support available
• Opportunities for professional growth within a large integrated healthcare system
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required
• Must be able to obtain Connecticut Medical License
