Join a well-established hospital medicine program with a long-standing partnership at a respected regional medical center. The team is trusted to participate in hospital-wide initiatives and works closely with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to provide collaborative, patient-centered care.

Hospital Medicine Physician

Join a close-knit hospital medicine team of 14 physicians and 8 advanced practice providers. The position offers the opportunity to manage a broad range of cases with varying levels of acuity and complexity while working within a highly collaborative environment.

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• All experience levels are encouraged to apply
• Established team with strong physician and APP collaboration
• Majority of shifts are day shifts
• Monthly rotation of mid-shifts
• Minimal night shift responsibilities
• Block scheduling with flexibility whenever possible
• Critical care team manages ICU patients requiring vents, pressors, and BiPAP
• Hospitalists may manage lower-acuity ICU patients
• Procedures are optional and not required
• Respond to codes and rapid response alerts for your patients and when nearby
• Strong emphasis on teamwork and supporting colleagues

• Base compensation $336,000 plus incentives
