A teaching hospital with a well-established hospital medicine team of 8 physicians, offering a collaborative environment with access to a full range of specialties and a closed ICU model.

Opportunity:
Full- or part-time Hospital Medicine Physician position with a flexible schedule, strong team support, and opportunities to work alongside and mentor resident physicians in a teaching environment.

Details:

• Part-time schedule available with 7 shifts per month (12-hour shifts)
• Full-time scheduling available
• Majority day shifts, with rotating night shift responsibilities
• Closed ICU; no procedures required
• Day shifts include rounding and admissions alongside two hospitalists
• Night shifts include admissions, cross-coverage, and Code/RRT support
• Opportunity to proctor and teach resident physicians
• Open to board-certified/eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians

Compensation:

• $370,000 annual for full-time plus wrvu
