Schedule and Coverage Need
Start Date: 05/04/2026 | Assignment: Ongoing
Day shifts: 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Coverage: Tuesday to Tuesday blocks, 1–2 weeks per month

Providers requested: 3 (seeking 2 providers for day shift coverage)

Practice Details
Setting: Inpatient (Trauma Level 3)
EMR: Epic
Patient volume: 10–15 per shift
Skills: Inpatient, ICU, non-invasive ventilation management, ventilation management, EKG interpretation

Requirements
Board Certified (required)
ACLS (required)

License: Active WA license or IMLC

Vent management case logs: Documentation of 15+ vent management cases within the past 24 months is required. Reports must clearly highlight the vent management procedures with dates and locations for each case.

Credentialing
Estimated timeframe: 60–90 days
