Central Wisconsin Hospitalist needed.

Job description

A hospital in Rhinlander, WI is in need of coverage ASAP. We can license for this job as well.

* October and November starts
* Hospitalists and nocturnist - would like the provider to work a minimum of 4 night shifts per month
* On-going full time assignments approximately 12 months
* 60-90 days credentialing timefame - will expedite for October start
* BC Internal Medicine or BC Family Practice with 100 patient contacts in 12 months
* 600 bed hospital - census is 130 patients per day with average 31 admissions in 24 hour period
* 10 Hospitalists on per day/2 nocturnists

* 18- 20 patients per shift
* No Procedures
* Physician shift times are 7a-7p; 7p-7a
* 10-14 shifts per month - more available

* Rounding and discharging only due to two providers handling admissions

* No required teaching of residents
* Will not respond to codes; hospital has rapid response team
* All backup specialties available
* Open ICU; provider only needs to round/Intensivist onsite
* EMR system is Cerner
