📋 Contract Details
🔹 Position: Sub-Investigator Physician (MD/DO)
🔹 Employment Type: Locum Tenens (1099)
🔹 Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Visits – No Call
🔹 Anticipated Start Date: July 2026
🔹 Assignment Length: 3-months or 6-months to start
🔹 Schedule: Approximately 5–8 patient visits per month
🔹 Study visits occur on Day 1, Day 56, and Day 112 of each participant's protocol
🔹 Travel required for patient visits throughout the United States
🔹 Travel expenses covered, including airfare, rental car, hotel, mileage, and applicable travel reimbursement
🔹 Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 2 weeks
🔹 Good Clinical Practice (GCP) certification required prior to start or willingness to obtain
🏥 Site Details & Clinical Scope
🔹 Practice Setting: Home Health and Office
🔹 Participate as a Sub-Investigator in an FDA clinical trial evaluating an investigational medication for epilepsy
🔹 Approximately 65% of study participants are pediatric patients
🔹 Administer the investigational medication during scheduled protocol visits on Day 1, Day 56, and Day 112, then remain onsite for approximately 3–4 hours to monitor for adverse reactions
🔹 Travel to participant homes or designated office locations throughout the United States
🔹 Approximately 5–8 study visits per month
📋 Candidate Requirements
🔹 MD or DO with active board certification in an applicable specialty (Family Medicine or Pediatrics)
🔹 Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
🔹 Must possess 10 or more active unrestricted U.S. medical licenses
🔹 IMLC eligibility strongly preferred
🔹 Active licenses in as many of the following states as possible are highly preferred: New Jersey, California, Florida, Texas, Washington, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Virginia, Nevada, Colorado, Idaho, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Arkansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Alabama
🔹 Willingness and ability to travel nationally for study visits
🔹 Good Clinical Practice (GCP) certification required or willingness to obtain prior to start
