Seeking a fulltime locum family medicine/Internal Medicine Physician to start in September!

Job description

Dates of Coverage: September, on-going while recruiting for a perm provider
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pnm. No late clinic, no call and no after-hours charting
Call Coverage: No
# of Providers Needed: 1
Reason for Coverage: Covering until we hire a full-time physician
Clinic setting
Leadership Position/Required to Teach: No

Patient Population: Full-spectrum family medicine; babies to retirees. If Internal Medicine, they can see 18+ and the FNPs can see the ped patients.
% Outpatient vs Inpatient: 100% out-patient
Average # of Patients Per Day: 8-14
Trauma Level Designation: N/A
Required Duties, Procedures, Skills, etc: Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions, Perform comprehensive physical examinations, Develop individualized treatment plans, Promote wellness and preventive care, Coordinate specialty referrals when appropriate, Order and interpret diagnostic testing, Participate in quality improvement initiatives
EMR/Documentation: Elation
Additional Notes: We work in a true value-based care model; no fee for service and no RVUs.
CREDENTIALING:
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
