FP / IM PHYSICIAN NEEDED IN OKLAHOMA STARTING IN JAN 2024!!!

Job description

Primary Care physician needed for outpatient coverage in Oklahoma
- Indian Health Services, (locations include, Carnegie, Claremore, and Wewoka) providers will NOT be working at multiple locations - only one of the listed locations would be your assignment
- Jan 2024 start date - 6 month commitment up front then option to extend in 3 month increments
o Estimated credentialing timeframe: 6-8 weeks
- Average 15 patients per day
- Basic Primary Care cases, sick/well visits, chronic care coverage such as hypertension/diabetes
- Treating all ages
- Full support staff available to assist
- Facility uses EMR, will provide training
- Travel and lodging can be provided
