FP/IM needed near Green Bay WI

Job description

• Wisconsin State License
• 3-4 week credentialing
• Clinic is 7:30 am to a little after 5pm
o Open to 4 10’s or 5 8’s
• 6 month contract, with potential to extend
• Outpatient clinic setting (Pretty standard outpatient)
• Location: just outside of Green Bay

• Outpatient PC work
• Will cover T/L
• 16+ patients per day
