Infectious Disease physician needed in Flagstaff, AZ (can license!)

Hello, this is Alisha, Senior Principal Recruiter at Aya Locums. I'm reaching out today about a new ID Physician needed in Flagstaff, AZ!

Contract Length: July - November
Shift Details: Need coverage 2 weeks per month. Weeks are flexible except for July 7-11 – must be able to do this week.
8-5 Monday thru Wednesday and Friday with 1 hour lunch
Thursdays 8-12 inpatient and 12:30-4:30 outpatient clinic.

Work Details:
· Support Staff: nurses for inpatient and OPAT MA
· Patients per day: varies on inpatient census
· Department Description: 2 employed physicians each in 4 days per week.
· EMR: Cerner
· Hospital Bed size: 269
· Special Procedures: Fecal transplant REQUIRED
