Infectious Disease Physician needed in Northern AZ! Licensing opportunity with IMLC.

Job description

Start Date: 7/7/25
Contract Length: July-November
Schedule: Need coverage 2 weeks per month. Weeks are flexible except for July 7-11 – must be able to do this week.
Monday-Friday
8-5 Monday thru Wednesday and Friday
8-12 Thursdays inpatient and 12:30-4:30 outpatient clinic.

Work Details:
· Support Staff: nurses for inpatient and OPAT MA
· Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: 1 week/ month
· Patients per day: varies on inpatient census
· Patient Population/Age: 59
· EMR: Cerner
· Hospital Bed size: 269
· Special Procedures: Fecal transplant REQUIRED
· Skills Required: Infectious Disease management

Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
