Schedule & Dates Needed:

Week of 07/28

Week of 08/18

Week of 08/25

M–F, 8 AM to 5 PM (1-hour lunch)

No outpatient clinic

Practice Setting: Inpatient, Hospital-based
Hospital Size: 269 beds
Support: Inpatient nurses, OPAT MA
EMR: Cerner
Team: 2 employed ID physicians (each work 4 days/week)

Requirements:

Board Certified in Infectious Disease

AZ license or IMLC eligible

Active DEA

Fecal transplant experience required

Credentialing: ~30 days

• Active AZ License or IMLC
• Credential in 30 Days or Less
• Full Travel
