Job Details:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible Infectious Disease Physician joining a highly collaborative and growing Infectious Disease team
• Provide inpatient Infectious Disease consultations at a major academic medical center
• Outpatient practice with opportunities to care for HIV and Hepatitis C patients
• Participate in Antimicrobial Stewardship initiatives
• Collaborate with Infection Prevention, Hospital Epidemiology, and Quality teams
• Shared call coverage with experienced Infectious Disease colleagues
• No primary care responsibilities
• Dedicated Hospitalist program manages inpatient admissions
• Opportunities to teach medical students, residents, and fellows
• Academic appointments available through major Connecticut universities
• BC/BE Infectious Disease physician licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of CT
