🔹 Setting: Outpatient clinic only
🔹 Call: No call required
🔹 Coverage Needed: 2 providers
🔹 Credentialing: Temporary privileges available

🏥 Work Details & Patient Scope
🔹 Practice Setting: Outpatient only (Trauma Level II facility affiliation)
🔹 Patients per Day: 20–30
🔹 Support Staff: 1 RN, 1 MA, 1 APP
🔹 EMR: Cerner
🔹 Clinical Focus: Management of vascular access devices and central venous catheters
🔹 Shift Type: Scheduled clinic hours

📋 Candidate Requirements
🔹 Board Status: Board Eligible
🔹 Active Indiana License Required
🔹 DEA Required
🔹 Certifications: BLS
