Sept Start • 52‑Week Assignment

Position Overview
Specialty: Infectious Disease Physician

Start Date: September

Contract Length: 52 weeks (approx. 1 year)

Schedule: 2 Day Shifts • 12 hrs (7:00–19:00)

Clinical Details
Inpatient role

Float between Moses Cone & Wesley Long

Support: APP at Moses Cone, solo coverage at Wesley Long

Patient Load: ~20/day (varies)

Population: Adults

Department: Infectious Disease

EMR: EPIC

Special Procedures: TBD

Required Skills
Hospital rounding

Managing consults & complex infections

Conditions include: sepsis, osteomyelitis, endocarditis, and other advanced ID cases

Requirements
Board Certified in Infectious Disease

Active NC License

DEA Required

Certifications: BLS & ACLS

Must be Infectious Disease trained

Credentialing
Estimated timeframe: 60–90 days
