Facility in Dayton, OH seeking Infectious Disease locums coverage Rates: $300/hr Key Responsibilities: Address inpatient consults and perform follow-up evaluations Handle triaged patient calls from established patients (nurse triage service in place) On-call coverage includes inpatient, ED, and phone consultations Work independently with support from Miami Valley Infection Specialists office Schedule & Call: Minimum: 1 full week per engagement (preference for candidates offering more) Estimated shifts per month: 14 On-call: Required (includes in-house and phone-based responsibilities) Call triage support: RN-based triage service for outpatient queries Requirements: Board Certification in Infectious Disease (Required) Ohio State Medical License (Active, Required) DEA Certification (Required) ACLS and BLS Certifications (Required) Minimum 1 year experience (Required) Professional attire and stethoscope required for clinical duty Facility Details: Hospital Size: 1,100 beds EMR: EPIC Support: Mid-level and RN staff; physician works solo on service Parking: Visitor garage, meet point with practice manager upon arrival
