WHAT IS THE PRODUCT/BRAND?
Humann is an Austin-based cardiovascular health and sports performance supplement company founded in partnership with researchers from the University of Texas. Everything they make centers on Nitric Oxide (N.O.)—a molecule that dilates blood vessels, increases circulation, improves oxygen delivery, and supports healthy blood pressure. The ingredients do not have caffeine and are primarily Beetroot powder.

RATE OF PAY FOR ADULTS in U.S.D.:

Shoot Day $500/day + 15% / up to 12 hrs
Overtime: $10.42 per ¼ hour
Travel Days $500 + 15% / route = $1000 round trip
If travel exceeds 12 hours, adds +$250 max per route.
Fitting Fee: $100 + 15% / up to 2 hrs (Waived if paid down/rehearsal fee or wearing own clothes)
Rehearsal Session: $41.67 / hour for 4-hour minimum ($166.68 min) + 15%. (Waived if paid down day fee.)
Per Diem: $75 / day (Paid via Venmo or similar app)
Agency Fee: If talent has an agent, additional +15% is added to all rates.
Additional Concepts: If a doctor appears in multiple original :30 scripted concepts, an additional $4,000 usage buyout is paid per concept. A minimum of $4k Usage buyout is guaranteed for at least 1 spot (with a potential to possibly film 1-3 spots at $4k/spot).

Seeking a real, currently licensed Board-Certified Cardiologist ideally, (with a doctor of Medicine degree) for a featured speaking role in a commercial. Must be a licensed medical doctor in good standing, actively treating patients and advising patients on nutritional supplements. Additional credentials (e.g. board certification) relating to cardiovascular health is preferred (but not required). If we receive interest from another currently licensed physician with relevant cardiovascular expertise, such as a Cardiac Surgeon, Cardiothoracic Surgeon, Interventional Cardiologist, Electrophysiologist, Heart Failure Specialist, or other physician who specializes in the diagnosis or treatment of heart conditions, we are happy to present their credentials and specialty to the client for consideration and approval. Internal medicine, sports medicine, and general practitioners are welcome to apply!

● Must be a real, currently licensed Board-Certified medical doctor (with a doctor of Medicine degree) in good standing
● Actively advising patients on nutritional supplements.
● Prior acting or on-camera experience preferred, but not required.
● Prior speaking engagements/conference panelist is preferred
● Must be comfortable speaking naturally on camera, delivering scripted dialogue, taking direction, and performing multiple takes of the same scripted content.
● Should come across as credible, knowledgeable, warm, and approachable
● Advanced horseback riding skills prefered. Talent must be able to safely and confidently control a horse at the canter and gallop.
● Must be Non-Union / not a SAG-AFTRA member (Fi-Core is ok)

Because this role involves a real medical professional appearing in advertising for a health and wellness supplement product, there are a few additional considerations we’ll want to keep in mind as we evaluate candidates:

● Credentials: Candidate should be a currently practicing, licensed Board-Certified medical doctor. Please provide a brief overview of their specialty and current professional affiliation. Cardiology specialties preferred but inclusive of other fields of medicine.

● Employer/Professional Approval: Some hospitals, health systems, medical groups, or universities may have policies around doctors appearing in advertising or endorsing products. If applicable, we’ll want to confirm the candidate is able to participate and obtain any necessary approvals prior to booking this role.

● Professional Affiliations: Please flag any limitations around referencing the candidate’s hospital, practice, university, or other professional affiliation. We do not need to use their employer or institution in the commercial unless specifically
