PRN NP Home Health/Risk Assessment Opportunity – Arkansas

Position Highlights:

Flexible scheduling Monday–Saturday, 7a–7p
No nights or weekends required
Paid hourly
Ideally seeking providers available for 6+ shifts per month
Average of 6–9 visits daily
Fast credentialing timeframe: 7 days to 2–3 weeks

This role involves conducting pre-scheduled in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members. Providers complete medication reviews, medical history reviews, and physical evaluations using pre-populated patient-specific forms. No prescribing, ordering labs, or altering treatment plans required.

Travel support including hotel and rental car may be available depending on eligibility.

Coverage areas currently include regions surrounding Little Rock, Fort Smith, Jonesboro, Springdale, Hot Springs, Pine Bluff, Texarkana, Camden, Monticello, Twin Lakes, and Memphis-area Arkansas counties.
