Looking for NP's available in Connecticut!

Position Highlights:

Flexible scheduling Monday–Saturday, 7a–7p
No nights or weekends required
Paid hourly
Ideally seeking providers available for 6+ shifts per month
Average of 6–9 visits daily
Fast credentialing timeframe: 7 days to 2–3 weeks

This role involves conducting pre-scheduled in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members. Providers complete medication reviews, medical history reviews, and physical evaluations using pre-populated patient-specific forms. No prescribing, ordering labs, or altering treatment plans required.

Travel support including hotel and rental car may be available depending on eligibility.
