Location: Watkinsville, GA

Start: April

13 week assignment

8a-4p, 4x days per week, full time

• Support staff: 3 MDs, 1 APP

Work Details:
• Practice Setting: ambulatory clinic
• EMR/Charting Software: Epic
• Avg. Daily Census: 17 pts per day
• Patient Age Group: adults/geriatrics
• Procedures: ambulatory office only – bread and butter

Requirements:
• Board Certifications Req’d: BC Internal Medicine
• State License(s): GA
• DEA Req’d?: yes, GA
• Years of Experience Req’d: 1 year minimum

Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days
Willing To License?:no
Travel: flight, rental car, hotel

• 3 months ongoing
• No call
