We are looking to fill a Flexible Home Health Opportunity for an ongoing assignment in Sierra Vista, AZ.

Start Date: December 2026
Contract Length: 3 months with potential extension
Schedule: Flexible Schedule- Monday - Sunday (no nights/weekends required) 7a-7p
Practice Setting: Home Health
Assignment Details:
- Average visits per day: 6-9 visits daily

License: Active Arizona License Required
Requirements:
- Board Certification: All APP's must be BC.
- License Required: State License Required
- Education Required: Masters Required
Credentialing: 7 days to 6-8 weeks
