Home Health - Assessment only role

Job description

I'm recruiting for a flexible 1099 home health assessment opportunity with openings in 30+ states. An active license in the state where you'd like to work is required.

I currently have more than 20 providers working these assignments across the country, and it's been an incredibly positive experience. Many use it as a flexible way to earn additional income without committing to a set schedule.

Unlike most assessment companies that pay per visit, Aya pays hourly. You clock in at your first patient's home and clock out after your last. Drive time between patients, charting during your shift, and most cancellations are covered.

A few things to know upfront:

- Credentialing typically takes 2 to 3 months.
- Required training is unpaid and takes approximately 8 to 12 hours, but it can be completed over multiple sessions.
- Your credentialing remains active for 3 years, so even if your plans change, you'll already have a flexible PRN opportunity available if you decide you want it later.

Position Details:

- Conduct pre-scheduled in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial members.
- Review medical history, medications, and perform a physical assessment using a pre-populated patient-specific form.
- No prescribing medications, ordering labs, or changing treatment plans.

Requirements:

- Active state license
- Master's degree
- Board certification
