We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for a long-term, full-time locum assignment . This role is ideal for a provider who is passionate about geriatric care and thrives in a collaborative, autonomous outpatient setting.

Assignment Details:
Status: Full-Time, Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Call/Weekends: None – enjoy a true work-life balance.

Setting: Outpatient Day Clinic (PACE model).

Patient Population: Geriatric / Frail Elderly.

Support: Work autonomously with an on-site Medical Director available for collaboration.

Electronic Medical Records (EMR): EPIC.

Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience working specifically with frail or elderly populations (Required).

Licensure: Active North Carolina State License (Preferred) or willingness to obtain.

Board Certification: Active ANCC or AANP certification (Required).

Credentials: Active DEA registration and CDS certification (Required).

Life Support: Current BLS certification.

Clinical Level: Experienced providers only; no new graduates, please
