NP/PA- Home Health needed in Texas!

Job description

Position Highlights:
• Paid hourly (not per assessment)
• Fully flexible schedule: full-time, part-time, or PRN
• Home assessments only with no prescribing, labs, or treatment changes

Assignment Details:
• Start: As soon as credentialed (7–14 days)
• Schedule: Any days between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, based on your availability
• Visits: Average 6–9 per day, pre-scheduled
• Accepted specialties: Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, Primary Care, Hospice & Palliative Care, Home Health, Urgent Care, Medical-Surgical, Public Health
• Requirements: Active WA license required | MD/DO only

Regions Include: Abilene, Amarillo, Austin, Beaumont, College Station, Corpus Christi, Dallas, Del Rio, Fort Worth, Houston, Laredo, Longview, Lubbock, Marfa, Odessa, Pecos, San Angelo, San Antonio, Sherman-Denison, Texarkana, Tyler, Victoria, Waco, Wichita Falls
