Use your inpatient medicine expertise to check the charts that AI systems learn from, on your own schedule, and get paid for it.

Clinical AI is only as reliable as the charts behind it. The teams building it need internal medicine clinicians to read each chart closely, decide whether its claims hold up, and flag what is absent, wrong or inconsistent. That judgment raises the quality of the documentation and the clinical accuracy of the models. This is that work, done remotely around your current practice.

What you'll do
• Examine adult inpatient medicine charts, including histories, assessments, care plans and transitions-of-care documentation
• Compare the AI's clinical statements with the source documentation, noting details that are absent, wrong or inconsistent
• Assess whether dosing reflects renal and hepatic function, medications are checked for interactions, and clinical details fit the patient's age
• Follow review guidelines across cases and give feedback on clinical documentation and data quality

Who this is for
• MD or DO degree with Internal Medicine board certification
• Hospitalist experience of at least five years
• Current or recent work as an inpatient hospitalist during the past two years, with fluent English and comfort examining clinical notes alongside unprocessed medical-record information
• No AI experience needed. You bring the clinical expertise; each case comes with review guidelines to follow.

• $80–$115 per hour, paid hourly as an independent contractor
• Fully flexible schedule; fully remote, United States
