Primary Care Physician Needed in Federal Corrections Center in Arkansas

Job description

Coverage dates: ASAP – October 2026, with the potential to extend
o Start date is dependent on completion of credentialing and background/security clearance
o Tentative credentialing timeframe: 6 weeks
- Weekly schedule: Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts (40 hours/week)
- Average 15 patients per day, all adults
o 20 minute standard Primary Care visits
o 30 minute chronic care visits
- Primary Care cases, sick/well visits, some chronic care coverage (hypertension/diabetes, etc.)
- Basic procedures required - light trauma cases such as suturing and casting
- Facility uses EMR
- Travel/lodging provided

• Any State License Accepted!
• 15 patients per day/ all adults
• Travel and Lodging covered
