Internal or Family Medicine Physician (Corcoran, CA)

Job description

The primary focus of the Internal or Family Medicine Physician is to provide outstanding preventative care and build lasting relationships with patients.

Details:
• Permanent, full-time position
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Call is required once every 6 to 8 months
• Will be working alongside a Physician Assistant
• Diagnose and treat diseases, conditions, and illnesses
• Review x-ray and laboratory findings
• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatment plans
• Provide referrals for patients who require specialized diagnostic treatments and procedures
• Supervise mid-level practitioners, staff nurses, and additional support staff
• Participate in the management and development of health protocols and procedures

Qualifications
• Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine or Board Eligible with Certification within one year
• Unrestricted California medical license
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
• New graduates encouraged to apply
