The facility operates a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program, offering an integrated care model focused on delivering value-based, patient-centered services to elderly participants across outpatient, inpatient, and post-acute care settings.

Opportunity:
MD/DO - PACE Medical Director of Resource Management - Outpatient Clinic

Job Details:

• Serve as the PACE Medical Director of Resource Management in a full-time, direct hire capacity working Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm
• Promote high value care by ensuring clinical integrity of outpatient, inpatient, and post-acute care reviews
• Provide oversight of medical necessity to support appropriate, cost-conscious service recommendations
• Drive optimal patient outcomes while maintaining regulatory compliance
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, and/or Family Medicine required
• Minimum of 3 years in a resource management or medical leadership role within a managed care, health plan, or value-based care setting required
• PACE clinical experience preferred
• Graduate from an accredited school of Medicine required; advanced degree (MS, MPH, MHA, MBA) preferred
• Current active and unrestricted MD or DO California license required
• DEA license and current BLS required
• Board certified or eligible in a primary care specialty required; ACLS certification preferred

Compensation:
Temporary employment is available based on an hourly rate determined by the employee's experience level on a 0-14 year scale. Please contact us for more information.
