Board Certified - Internal Medicine

Job Details:

• Locum Tenens assignment, ASAP start with an ongoing need
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule
• Minimum of 18 patients per day with a mix of pediatric and adult patients
• Includes some Chronic Pain Management
• Chart closure required within 72 hours
• MD or DO candidates will be considered
• Board Certified required; Board Eligible will be considered if within 5 years of residency completion
• Active California medical license required
• Active DEA required before start date
• BLS certification required
• Credentialing timeframe is typically 30-90 days (approximately six weeks when documents are submitted promptly)
• CV must include month and date on all work experience with all employment gaps accounted for
• Required immunizations before start date: 2022-2023 Flu Vaccine, TB Status/X-Ray Results (within 90 days of start date), Positive MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Hep B Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Immunization Series, and Tdap Immunization (within the last 10 years)
• A 30-day notice is required for ending all assignments
