Type: Locum Tenens

Duration: 6-Month Assignment with Option to Extend

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician to provide outpatient primary care services in an established clinic setting. The physician will diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions, provide preventive care and health screenings, manage chronic diseases, and develop individualized treatment plans for adult patients.

The provider will work a consistent weekday schedule and utilize Athena EHR while collaborating with clinical staff to ensure exceptional patient care.

PRACTICE DETAILS:

• Outpatient Primary Care
• Monday - Friday schedule
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Athena EHR
• Four-day orientation and training
• Established clinic environment
• Option to extend assignment beyond six months

REQUIREMENTS:

• MD or DO
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience required
• Previous outpatient primary care experience preferred
• Athena EHR experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• New graduates will not be considered
• NPs and PAs will not be considered
